At Beautiful Ghar, we carefully prepare and check every order before dispatch. As our products may be customized with names, designs, or other customer-provided details, customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Customized Products

Please carefully check your name, spelling, design, color, size, and other customization details before placing your order.

Once a customized order has been processed or prepared, it may not be cancelled or changed.

If the customer provides incorrect customization information, Beautiful Ghar is not responsible for errors resulting from the information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please provide clear photos or a video showing:

• The product
• The packaging
• The damaged or defective area
• Your order details

After reviewing the issue, Beautiful Ghar may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Wrong Product

If we send you the wrong product or the product does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time will depend on the payment method used for the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be discussed with the customer and processed through an agreed payment method.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Beautiful Ghar.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has started.
